Investigative Exercise 1: What is Social media / Web 2.0?

Library 2.0 refers to a new form of library service which focuses on user centred change and participation in the creation of content and community. To achieve this new form of library services, a library uses Web 2.0, a group of websites and applications that enable users to create and share information and materials online.
